These Terms of Sale govern purchases made from Moxuz at moxuz.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders (e.g. pricing errors, stock limits, suspected fraud). A contract is formed when we send order confirmation email.
2. Products and descriptions
We sell indoor wooden playhouses and related products. Images and dimensions are approximate; minor variations in wood grain and finish may occur. Products are for indoor use only unless stated otherwise.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are in USD and shown at checkout. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We accept payment methods offered at checkout (including card payments processed via Shopify Payments / Stripe). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
5. Returns and refunds
See Returns & Refunds. Large assembled items may have restrictions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where applicable.
6. Product safety and use
Adult assembly and supervision are required. Follow the included instructions. Not suitable for children under the recommended age on the product page. Moxuz is not liable for misuse, outdoor use, or modifications.
7. Warranty
See Product Warranty for manufacturing defects.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moxuz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Moxuz is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with customer support.
