Manufacturer warranty

Moxuz products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What is covered

• Structural defects in wood components under normal indoor use
• Hardware failure under normal use
• Finish defects present at delivery (report within 14 days with photos)

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or dents from play
• Damage from misuse, outdoor use, moisture, or unauthorized modifications
• Improper assembly or failure to follow instructions
• Commercial or institutional use unless agreed in writing

How to make a claim

Email support@moxuz.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will respond within 5 business days with repair, replacement parts, or other remedy at our discretion.

Important safety notice

Always supervise children during play. Follow assembly instructions. This warranty does not replace your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
