We want you to be happy with your wooden playhouse purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item meets our return conditions.

📦 How Returns Work

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Email us with your order number to start the return process.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be sent to you.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes after purchase if processing has not started.

  • After that window, cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • Non-refundable payment processing fees may apply.

📸 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We will review the case and offer one of the following:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Replacement part if needed

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Gift cards or digital items, if applicable

🚚 Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • Returned items must include trackable shipping.

  • Unverified returns may not be processed.

📍 Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
If a wrong address is provided, we may not be able to refund the order once it has shipped.

We may offer an extended return window of up to 60 days.
