We want you to love your Moxuz set. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Unopened / unused

Full refund for items returned in original packaging and unused condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Assembled items

Due to size and safety, assembled sets may not be eligible for return unless defective. Contact us first and we'll find a fair solution.

How to request a refund

Email hello@moxuz.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions if applicable.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return, or after we approve a defect claim without return.

Defective items

Manufacturing defects are covered under our Product Warranty. Contact us with photos and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
