Returns

Returns & refunds

We want you to love your Moxuz playhouse. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Unopened / unused

Full refund minus return shipping for items returned in original packaging and unused condition.

Assembled items

Due to size and safety, assembled playhouses may not be eligible for return unless defective. Contact us first — we'll find a fair solution.

How to request a refund

Email support@moxuz.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions if applicable.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return (or approve a defect claim without return).

Defective items

Manufacturing defects are covered under our Product Warranty. Contact us with photos — we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
