Payment & Checkout Terms

This page explains how payments work on Moxuz so checkout runs smoothly when you pay by card (including via Stripe / Shopify Payments).

Accepted payments

We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. All charges are in USD.

Secure processing

Card payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout and payment partners (including Stripe where enabled). Moxuz does not see or store your full card number.

Authorization

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total including applicable tax and shipping. If payment fails, we may cancel the order and notify you by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank (typically 5–10 business days after approval). See Returns & Refunds.

Billing disputes

Contact us first at support@moxuz.com before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most issues quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may delay future orders.

Fraud prevention

We may verify orders, request additional information, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent to protect customers and our business.
