Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO boxes.

Cost

Free shipping on every order. No minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after processing.

Larger sets, including the Adventure Set, ship by freight carrier and may take 10 to 15 business days. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Freight deliveries

Freight items are delivered curbside. The driver will not carry the item into your yard or garage, so plan to have someone available to help move it.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email. You can also check status any time on our Track My Order page.

Damaged or missing items

If something arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, email hello@moxuz.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
